What to expect
Kate, a fully qualified primary school teacher who still actively teaches in schools, leads every session with deep understanding and care. Her unique blend of educational experience and holistic training ensures each sound journey is age-appropriate, inclusive, and supportive.
Our school sessions are tailored for different age groups and needs. We begin with simple breathing techniques, a guided story meditation and gentle movements, helping students feel at ease.
The students are then guided through a relaxing sound journey using instruments such as chimes, singing bowls, and soft percussion. The experience leaves them feeling calm, focused, and refreshed.

Exams such as SATs, GCSEs, A Levels, and university degrees can bring significant pressure and anxiety for students. Sound healing offers a natural and effective way to calm the mind, reduce tension, and improve focus during these challenging times.
